Utilizing open mouth connected breathing supported by conscious movement, we will release long held trauma from our nervous system. Trauma can be any situation, memory or belief (conscious or sub~conscious) internally stored, which keeps us from living in the heart of the moment. The connected breathing system will bring forth tension from cellular memories and invite the innate wisdom of the body to express and release it through a gentle catharsis.
This trauma release approach is designed to break through and free of layers of body armoring thus releasing mental, physical and emotional conditioning from the body/mind structure. If possible please bring something comfortable to lay down on.
